HIVE Raises $15M Pre-Series A, Bringing a Silicon Brain to Autonomous Industrial Machines
One of Europe's largest seed investments in Physical AI to build a silicon brain that makes industrial machines autonomous and productivity limitless.
HIVE, a Physical AI company building the intelligence layer for industrial machines, today announced a $15 million pre-series A investment led by SuperSeed, with participation from Veriten, Skyfall, and Nysnø. Angel investors include Børge Hald, founder of Medallia, and Jørn Lyseggen, founder of Meltwater.
HIVE is building the silicon brain that unifies machine operations through one intelligence platform, letting industrial machines perceive, decide, and act on their own while operational in warehouses, production lines, construction sites, and beyond. The company is currently deployed across several sites in Scandinavia, operating autonomously across different machines, with offices in Norway and London and a US expansion underway.
The $15 million investment will accelerate development of HIVE’s platform, expand the founding team with world-class talent in AI and robotics, and further scale the commercial deployments with new and existing industrial partners.

The commercial model is built to compound: each deployed machine hour feeds one large reinforcement loop across the machinery fleet. The learning loop is expected to drive the productive machine-hour cost down 80% igniting the next productivity revolution.
